Halloween Paper Pinwheels!

I was at a loss for what to do to decorate the bucket that the sugar cookies on a stick will be in for the party.  Until I saw these cute paper pinwheels! Originally they were for a little girl's birthday party but I just used some Halloween themed paper and I think they turned out pretty darn cute!!

The batch of paper I bought was 12X12 so I cut it up into four equal squares and folded them all into little fans like this:

Then glue them all together like a pizza or a cake or a pie or some other tasty treat you cut into triangles!

And once they are all glued together they fan out into a circle like this!

 And this!

Then using my hole puncher I cut out a big circle to cover up the weird looking center part were all the little fans meet and it looks like this once you tape/glue it on:

And lastly you tape them onto stick of varying sizes so that they look all cute like this!

Now to get these to stay upright in the bucket I got some floral arranging foam that I'll put in the bottom of the bucket. But that craft will come later when I make the cookies for the party!
