Halloween Cupcake Toppers!

The Halloween party is fast approaching and the only way to get everything done that I want to, is to do as much ahead of time as I can.  So yesterday I picked up my big hole puncher from Michael's with a 40% off coupon which made it only $7! I'm also kind of a coupon nut so I'll occasionally frequently mention my coupon scores on crafting supplies. I also sent my cupcake toppers file to OfficeMax to be printed since my home printer is ca ca when it comes to printing graphics. The cupcake toppers file I used is available under the holiday tab here on the blog.

First step is to punch out all the toppers as close to the black outline as possible. In retrospect I should have made the outline a tad bit bigger since quite a few of the toppers I made have some white around the edges but that is an easy fix with scissors.

Secondly after all the toppers are punched out, glue both sides and place a toothpick in between and press down.  Make sure you pinch the sides around the toothpick or it will fall right out!

End result looks like this:
I made way too many because whatever extras I have left over from the party will be used for my nursery kids!
 These are the front!
And here's the back! (please ignore my fingers that are covered in glue!)
Because it makes so much more sense Because I have some OCD issues I bagged each type of topper separately, and labeled them with how many and what kind they are.

Alrighty, there you go!
